General Information

Booking Confirmation and Deposit Payments:

50% deposit is required to secure the date based on the minimum spend of exclusive hire.


Cancellation Policy:

Full refund will be offered on notification of cancellation more than 30 days prior to the date of the event. Deposit payment will be refunded at the discretion of the UK Sales Manager for notification less than 30 - 7 days. Less than 7 days cancellation, restaurant reserves the right to charge in full.


Menu:

All pre-order menu selections and dietary requirements must be ordered 5 days before the date of reservation. After this date increases will be accepted but any decreased will be charged in full.


Additional Hours:

Should you wish to extend your event past midnight a further £200.00 per additional hour will be charged and is payable immediately at the end of your function unless pre arranged or paid for in your final payment. Additional hire includes waiting staff on the night.


Licenses:

Chez Gérard St Paul’s and Trinity Square – additional hire charges after midnight apply as stated above and a late license charge of £250.00 will apply. Licenses must be applied for 30 days prior to the date of the reception for approval from the council.



Dietary requirements:

We cater for all special dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten free and lactose intolerant. If you have any special dietary requirements please advise and we will be happy to assist.


Halal:

We allow external caterers to provide food for Kosher events, but this will incur a facilities fee of £10 per person. But please note that they won’t have access to the kitchen and this can not be for the entire guest list. No external catering is permitted for exclusive hire


Table plan and place card:

We can provide easel for your table plan and place cards with no additional charge.

Children:

Our venues are child friendly and are welcome to stay in the restaurant until close with the supervision of their parents.


Deliveries:

Deliveries of all types must be agreed in advance with the restaurant manager. Deliveries of flowers, entertainment must be no earlier than 24 hours in advance of the event.


Disabled Access:

Available at Chez Gérard St Pauls and Chez Gérard Trinity Square with disabled bathroom facilities on site. Wheelchair access via secondary entrance at Chez Gérard Southbank.

Smoking:

Only permitted outside the restaurant as no smoking is allowed in our restaurant facilities.
