Our head chef, Alain Bourbon is proud to present a new seasonal spring menu for Chez Gerard. New dishes include ‘Limande-sole grillé’; a whole grilled lemon sole with new potatoes and lemon butter, ‘Paillard de veau’; free range French veal escalope, grilled and served with pommes frites. Alain has also introduced some new typically French desserts, such as ‘Coupe colonel’; lemon sorbet served with a shot of vodka – a French bistro classic. A brand new ‘Prix Fixe’ menu accompanies the a la carte, offering great value with 2 or 3 courses for £16.95 and £20.95.

Famous for classic French food for over thirty years, we serve a wide variety of authentic French dishes including our famous steak-frites and grills. Our new menu sees an extension of this offer by introducing new 12oz ‘Faux filet’ and ‘Entrecôte’ cuts, and a whopping 16oz T-Bone.
